Stopping recording
If you want to stop recording,
➮ briefly press the REC•DEL button
9.
“RECORDING STOPPED” appears on
the display for approx. two seconds.
Recording is stopped automatically in
the following cases:
● If the storage space on the SD/
MMC fills completely during
recording. In this case, “CARD
FULL” appears on the display.
● If you switch programmes during
the recording.
● If a problem arises with communi-
cations between the SD/MMC and
the device, you will see “MMC
ERROR” appear on the display
and recording is then stopped.
● If you deactivate DAB mode whilst
recording, e.g. by switching to CD
mode or radio mode.
Making a timer-controlled
recording of a DAB programme
You can use this device to record a
DAB programme at a preset time. While
the car sound system is switched off,
the DAB programme played last (if it
can be received) is recorded for a spec-
ified time (adjustable from 1 to 90 min-
utes). You can programme two timers.
Switching timer-controlled
recording on/off
➮ In SD/MMC mode, press and hold
down the REC•DEL 9 for longer
than two seconds.
The MMC record menu is displayed.
“MMC REC ON” or “MMC REC OFF”
appears on the display.
➮ Press the or button 6 to
switch between the settings “MMC
REC ON” and “MMC REC OFF”.
Setting the timer and recording
duration
You can programme two recording
timers.
Note:
● If you only want to make one re-
cording at a particular time, set
the second timer to the same time
setting as the first.
➮ In SD/MMC mode, press and hold
down the REC•DEL 9 for longer
than two seconds.
